In stock items should arrive 10 business days from purchase, however we cannot guarantee any specific timeline for your order. If you need your order by a certain time, please consider ordering from the 2-Day option, or ordering at least two weeks in advance of the date needed.
Most orders with standard shipping will be shipped using USPS or FedEx Ground. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order has reached the post office.
(Effective as of 10/3/2019) - Standard Shipping costs a flat rate of $7.50 ($5 for orders under 1 lb) and all orders over $50 have their shipping fee waived.
Expedited shipping is offered at an increased cost calculated at checkout.
Shipping on custom orders will vary and communicated at the time of sale.

When we buy materials, we try to get post-consumer, recyclable, and compostable materials that still keep our candles safe.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hand-made nature of our products, all sales are final.
We understand that selling candles over the internet is challenging since you can’t smell through your screen (but boy howdy once you can we’ll be on that technology) so we suggest you buy the Scent Sample Set to try before you buy.
If your items were broken during the shipping process, you may request a refund so long as you submit a photo within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. Send emails to hello @ rosmarinocandles . com or use our Contact Page.

Rosmarino Candles is NOT liable for stolen packages. While we do insure our packages for safety during transit, once the delivery scan has been initiated what happens to your package is out of our control. Porch Package Thieves are on the rise so please consider delivering your package to a safe location.
